Do you want to work with Intellectual Property (IP) in a global context? As an IP Coordinator, you handle renewals of trademarks and patents and become an important part of a meticulous and collaborative team.
About the role
This is a consultancy assignment starting in August/September. In the role of IP Coordinator, you handle renewals of trademarks and patents in an international environment. The work involves administration, coordination, and follow-up across multiple systems, as well as contact with customers and authorities globally. In this assignment, you will be employed by Academic Work with very good opportunities for permanent placement with AWA. In this role, you are expected to be on-site at the office for the majority of the time.

Responsibilities
- Complex and detail-oriented case management of global trademark and patent renewals via digital customer portals
- Administration and coordination in several parallel processes
- Communication with customers, authorities, and internal teams internationally
- Ensuring that deadlines and formal requirements are met
- Contributing to the development and efficiency of working routines
We are looking for you who
You are very meticulous and have a strong sense of quality and precision, understanding the importance of getting the work right from the start. The role involves working in a complex IT environment with multiple systems and digital flows, where small errors can have large consequences. You have experience handling complex processes and are accustomed to quickly getting up to speed with new IT systems. You are structured, analytical, and thrive on handling multiple parallel tasks without compromising on precision.
We believe you have:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, in Swedish and English
- Post-secondary education; preferably within economics or law
- Previous experience in Intellectual Property
- Very good system understanding and ease in getting into new IT environments (as you will work with different programs in parallel)
- Experience in detail-oriented roles where structure and precision have been crucial
Meritorious:
- Experience in international administration or working with authorities in different countries
- Previous work in SAP or similar financial systems
